Dance exercises are highly recommended for children. Dancing gives them a feeling of freedom, and helps them to improve their coordination.

If your son or daughter wishes to practice dancing he will have chosen a very demanding sport, which requires control and discipline, in addition to learning to coordinate with other children and develop their imagination by teaching them to express themselves by telling a story with the movements of their bodies.

The benefits of dancing are numerous; stimulates blood circulation and the nervous system, contributes to correct bad postures, gains elasticity, exercises coordination, agility and balance, develops body expression, hearing and memory; helps the socialization of the most shy children; improves self-esteem and reduces symptoms of stress or anxiety. All these benefits translate into a better performance in school work and in the full happiness of the child.
